I want my Tantrums & Tornadoes ebook to be:

1. Free!

2. An inspiration to find out more about my Align Before Design courses, content, and consulting.

3. Helpful! I don’t want it to just be a sales tool. I want more people talking about Executive Alignment as a challenge and a skillset.

4. Tuned to the right audience. I think the first audience for this is ‘product people’ who are mid-career and seeking even more seniority. But I’m open to feedback on that as well.

Update for October 2026: I’ve made progress!

I have published the first half of the book on linkedin. Then I went on a trip and stopped posting but am starting again!

Encourage me! Egg me on! I want to have it done in the next couple weeks.
